Shipping policy

At Jade Crafts Shetland, I do my very best to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail within 3–5 business days for standard items, and within 7–14 days for made-to-order pieces. As I am based in Shetland, please allow an additional 2–3 days for postal delivery times. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur.

Click & Collect at Da Craft Shed

You are welcome to choose Click & Collect at checkout. This allows you to place your order online and collect it in person from Da Craft Shed during my open hours. I will email or text you as soon as your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. I cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to addresses that have been entered incorrectly.

Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Express 24 – £4.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Tube Delivery 48 – £5.95

Tube Delivery 24 – £6.95

For items that must be posted in a postal tube (such as rolled artwork or items that cannot be packed flat).

At present, I can only deliver within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

Delays

Very occasionally Royal Mail may experience delays, especially during busy periods. If your parcel is late, please allow a little extra time before getting in touch.

Cancellations & Late Orders

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, the Return Policy will apply.
